shoes: Saucony Guide white and blue

Cruise intervals on TM. 15 min WU, then 4x1 mile with 2 min easy in between. First three @ 7:42, last @ 7:48. 10 min CD and 5 min walking. Treadmills at the gym are starting to show their age....they speed up and slow down in fits and starts and it's hard to get to the right pace
