Speed workout on TM. 15 min WU and strides, then 6x3 min intervals with 3 min walking in between. First one was at 7:04, which was a little too fast, the rest at 7:09. 10 min CD and a few minutes walking. Legs were sore from weights 2 days ago, and they felt kind of heavy, but I got through it.
