Long run with Holly on Ben Tyler trail, with 6x2 min hard uphill intervals in the middle. We had drama with Sephara - she got off leash and went for a 10 minute run by herself all over the mountain! Thank god she came back. Forgot to turn my GPS back on after that scare so mileage is an estimate.

Hill cruise intervals. Really wanted to get outside today, so I did this on Evergreen mountain. We got back late last night from Book of Mormon, so I got a late start and there were bikes all over the place, and this might not have been the best idea. Had to stop quite a bit. One jerk came uphill straight at me on my side of the trail and hit me with his handlebars, then yelled at me for not yielding to someone coming uphill...would have been fine if he was a good enough rider to stay on his side of the trail. Or maybe he just wanted to be a jerk!
