Easy run on TM. Was going to do the cruise intervals, but near the end of the warm up, my left hamstring kind of seized up in a cramp. I stretched it out a bit and then tried to do the first interval, but it wouldn't let up. So I just ran easy...it felt a little better by the end of the hour but still hurts.

Coldwater Rumble. Started out feeling really good...felt great to run near sea level. Last ten miles or so the heat started getting to me. So I'm not sure we exactly followed the race plan of speeding up the second half, but in general I think it went pretty well.

Had to modify this a bit...I forgot my socks (I keep doing that!), and last time I forgot them, I did a hill workout and got horrible blisters where the tongue of my shoe rubbed against the top of my foot/leg. So I decided just to do all flat MP tonight. 5 min WU, then an hour at MP (first 45 at 8:49 and last 15 at 8:42). 5 min CD and 5 min walking. Still got some blisters! I've got to put some extra socks in my car....
