For this week's long run, I interpreted "road run" liberally, and ran on Buffalo Creek road (dirt). First 40 min very easy, next 40 easy, last 40 a bit harder. Felt pretty good, although it was really warm.

Progression run on TM. Sped up 1 click every minute and rapidly realized this would be too fast, went to every 2 min. Got to 7:53 in 30 minutes. 5 min easy then 8x1 min at 7:42 with 2 min easy in between. TM shut down part way through so I'm not sure about mileage
