Long run. Started at Chautauqua park in Boulder, ran up Gregory Canyon, over Green, Bear, and South Boulder Peaks. Then down Shadow Canyon and back by the Mesa Trail. Trails were a combination of ice, powdery snow, and mud. Forgot how steep these trails are - a good quad pounding downhill.
