Long run at White Ranch. Ran the hills except for the steepest ones...felt pretty good. Had a 4 hr run planned - finished the perimeter loop a bit early, but needed to get back to see my dad in the hospital so just cut it short.

Uphill walk on TM, 4.2 mph. 5 min flat, then 45 min @10%, 3 min flat to cool down. Feel almost 100% recovered from the stomach bug.

Segment run on Cherry Creek path. 30 minutes "ultra" pace, 30 minutes easy pace, and 30 minutes as fast as I could manage (the wind didn't help - could only manage a little faster than marathon pace). 5 min jog to cool down.

Up/down workout at Green Mountain. Ran 15 min easy to warm up, then 6x3 minute uphill intervals, followed by 1x2 min uphill to make 20 min total uphill. Ran hard enough that I had to completely stop at the top of each, then caught my breath for ~30 sec and ran downhill hard. Recovered for a couple minutes before the next one. 25 minute cool down. Total time does not include rests. Mileage is a guess. Not completely recovered from the stomach virus - very nauseous.
