Flat progression run on TM. Started at 10:20 pace, increased by 0.1 mph every 1/4 mile. Got to 7:35, then backed off to easy (9:22) pace for the rest of the hour.

Started a TM workout - only got 10 minutes into it before my stomach started cramping up again and couldn't finish. Rested for a few minutes then just went outside for an easy run. That seemed to work better - some stomach pain but I managed to get a decent run in.
