Alderfer to Dedisse. We were planning to ski today, but the wind was howling in the morning, so we stayed closer to home. Probably a good thing, since Taka seemed tired and my foot hurt. Icy in spots - slipped and fell hard, then got smart and put on my microspikes.

Easy run around Alderfer (Hidden Fawn, Sisters, Bearberry, Coneflower, Homestead, Ponderosa). Walked up some up the hills - took it pretty easy and checked out the bouldering along the way.

This felt harder at 7200 feet! Kept it to 89 steps per min, could have probably gone a little faster, but I was feeling pretty tired anyway.
