Ralph and I were going to climb in an area we hadn't been before - Mill Creek. Spent an hour walking around the hillside trying to find the anchors but we couldn't.

My legs were still feeling a bit stiff after the long run, so I modified this run a little. Did alternating miles of easy (10:00) and marathon (9:00) pace. Then walked 5 min @ 4 mph.

Long run with Holly on the Colorado Trail. Started at Kenosha Pass and went a bit beyond Georgia Pass (which is absolutely beautiful!). Generally felt good except for some nausea. Not sure if it was the altitude, not taking enough electrolytes (took only 1 per hour because it was cool), or what. Time is moving time from the GPS...we took lots of breaks to take pictures, etc.

Easy run with Ralph and the foster husky, plus a few strides. Most of the other dogs are sick (probably thanks to something the foster brought from the shelter), so no other dogs to run with. :( Felt OK considering the hard workout yesterday.

Up/down workout on Witter gulch with Holly. 15 min WU, then 8x2:30 hard uphill, quick rest, then hard downhill. Short CD. Felt hard, but I guess it is supposed to!
