Hike in the Mt. Evans Wildlife Refuge with Ralph and the dogs. Didn't realize the road is partially closed after Labor Day so we had to start at a different TH, and didn't have a map, so we didn't know where we were going. But we made it work. Nice fall colors. Mileage is a guess.

Min on min off hill workout, outside, since my treadmill is not working right. 20 min WU, then 30 min of 1 min on (uphill hard) and 1 min off (run back downhill). Ran home easy for CD.

Sisters loop. Ended up not going to Steamboat since Holly had dropped before I had to get on the plane in Denver, and Holly and Rob were just going to drive home the next day. I'm bummed because I was looking forward to seeing the new course, but in a way it was good because I am absolutely exhausted today. Three days in DC really took it out of me.

Did the warm up on the hill run and my treadmill was acting up...very jerky, faster and slower. Need to call for service next week. Will try to do the run outside tomorrow, although we are going for a hike in the morning.
