McDowell Mtn 50. Great race - well organized, beautiful course. All the flat running was kind of hard...felt better on the climb up Thompson Peak. It was also pretty warm in the middle of the day. Ran pretty conservatively due to the heat and the fact that this was my first 50 in over a year. Holly and I had a lot of fun and I would definitely do this one again.
