Up/down workout with Holly. Nice warm day, so we were wearing shorts and drove up to Witter Gulch, where we normally do this workout. It was really cold back there! We ended up going back to Holly's house and doing this workout on a hill there. The hill was short, so we had to do 1:30 intervals instead of 2-3 min. About 15 min WU, then 1:30 hill intervals to make 25 min hard uphill. Short rest, then ran down hard. About 3 min rest between each hill. Enough CD to make 1:30. My legs must have had some residual fatigue from the CRUD run, because this felt even a little harder than usual, or maybe it was just mentally hard from all the reps! Mileage is a guess.
