Long run on Highline with Dakota and Athena. Slushy, sloppy, and slow. Even though it was slow, all that sliding around must have been a good workout because my legs were tired at the end.

About 4" so far and still snowing heavily....I think I'll do loops from the house today rather than driving anywhere. May have to switch to skis later depending on how much it snows.

Evergreen mountain with Athena and Skye. Headed up it was mostly hiking in the new snow with some jogging here and there. Jogged down. Pretty slow going but it was good to get out.

Ski with Ralph and the dogs in Alderfer. We got a good amount of snow from this storm, but not 2 feet like last time...there are still some rocks poking out which made for interesting downhill skiing.

Watching the forecast...not sure if we'll head to Salida for the marathon or not. 7-16" predicted in the mountains. Not that much in Salida itself, but the drive could be bad. Maybe better to do our own marathon closer to home?

Run #3. Did this outside because it's a beautiful day, even though the trail conditions were pretty bad. About a 20 min WU to the hill, then 8x1 min uphill with 1 min easy downhill and 1 min rest in between. Then easy jog back home for CD. Mileage is a guess.
