Stroll along the Healdsburg bike path. Felt good to walk...my legs actually feel pretty good. Later some walking on the beach at Sonoma State Park.

Hike at Armstrong Redwoods Preserve. Legs felt better after the hike, but my blistered feet hurt.

Lake Sonoma 50. Absolutely gorgeous (and fantastic smelling,with all the flowers) course. My back was killing me for some reason. I felt pretty bad miles 5-15 and wasn't sure I was going to finish. But eventually I felt better. A little excitement in the middle of the course...a runner had a bad allergic reaction and there were EMTs, rangers, and a helicopter coming for a rescue. The weather was perfect...mid 70s and breezy, not too hot. Took one Succeed.every half hour which worked well...no stomach problems. I did get several blisters on my right foot, which is unusual for me. Might have been the stream crossings?

MP intervals on TM. 10 min WU (maybe a little longer than you intended, but I felt cold and stiff) then 3x1 min at 8:49 with 2 min easy in between. 15 min CD, then 5 min walking.

Easy run with Ralph in the snow. Glad to have an easy day instead of the up/down workout! :) Windchill of 2 degrees...it's hard to imagine running in 70+ degree temps later this week.
