Mt. Shavano with Ralph and the dogs. Great hike. A little smoke in the air but not too bad. I sat at the top while Ralph ran over to Tabeguache...the dogs were not liking the talus so I sat with them while he tagged the other peak. Felt good today, although my knees were a little sore on the descent. Got my feet nice and soaked in preparation for San Juan.

Easy run - Ponderosa loop then to the lake and Dedisse dirt road. Pretty warm today. I felt a bit tired - ready for a taper.

Loop run - Ranch View loop, first loop easy. On the second loop, pushed the uphills. First loop was 29:33, second 27:05. Not much faster! The second loop was hotter though...it was raining on the first one but the sun came out on the second. Short easy CD.
