An hour easy on the TM with 6x1 surges at mile race pace. I have no idea what my mile race pace would be...started at 7:04 and increased pace every other interval to 6:54 or so. My chest is still tight.

Hill cruise intervals - I only did 2 instead of the prescribed 3 since I am still feeling sick. In fact, it feels like this cold is starting to move into my chest a little bit. 15 min WU, then 2x10 min uphill with 5 min easy in between. 15 min CD. I hope I start feeling better tomorrow.
