Highline Canal. The snow was mostly packed down from the Denver Water trucks driving over it, so I just stayed in the tire track and didn't slide around that much. Hamstring felt OK.

Hamstring is better this morning....I feel a little something, but not too bad.

Backcountry ski touring/skijoring 2:45:00 [2] 8.0 mi (20:37 / mi) +1400ft 17:42 / mi

Mt. Evans Road. About 18" new snow and a beautiful day. No tracks most of the way so it was pretty slow going up.

Running 27:00 [4] 2.7 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: NB 1210 #3

My hamstring didn't bother me at all skiing, so I decided to try the cruise intervals again tonight...felt fine during the warmup, but during the first interval it started hurting a little again. I got through the first interval but decided not to finish the workout and just walked for a bit to cool down. I'm probably being paranoid, because it's really not that bad, but I don't want to injure myself by pushing through it. Iced it for a bit afterwards.

shoes: Saucony Guide #2

Easy run on TM. Was going to do the cruise intervals, but near the end of the warm up, my left hamstring kind of seized up in a cramp. I stretched it out a bit and then tried to do the first interval, but it wouldn't let up. So I just ran easy...it felt a little better by the end of the hour but still hurts.
