Estrella mountain park with Ralph and the dogs. When we finished, there was a lowrider convention at the trailhead. It was hilarious to see them bouncing around.

ATY. Felt better than I thought I would given how sick I was but I definitely felt the effects of not eating Fri-Mon. Just kind of flat. So I decided just to do 50 miles and call it quits, not to risk making myself sick again. (It turned out it rained and even snowed during the night - not sorry to miss that!) I did get a 50 mile PR! Although Ralph says it "doesn't count" because it was flat!!

Easy run plus a few strides. Felt great to run and my legs felt good, although my stomach is still not normal. I'm wondering how not eating for three days will make me feel tomorrow. Oh well, I guess I'll find out tomorrow!
