Snowy walk. At least it stopped raining.

Long run. When I got up this morning the roads were a sheet of ice, so I decided to run from the house. So it didn't turn out exactly as scheduled, but I got a mix of flatter and hillier trails. I'm still a bit tired from the marathon, so I went without a GPS - mileage is an estimate.

Progression run on TM. Started 30 sec slower than easy pace, for about 1.5 miles, then increased 1 click every 5 min. Got to 9:13 then finished with 5 min easy.
