Long run in Nantucket. First hour on trails at Sanders Farm with our cousin Merrie, then next two hours on bike path. Last 1/2 hour at marathon pace. Legs were a bit tired from yesterday.

15 min easy then alternating 2 min @ 720 with 1 min 945 for 40 min. My GPS was lagging pretty badly so it was hard to tell how fast I was really going, mostly went by effort. 15 min cd. This was HARD.

Progressive hill cruise intervals on TM. 15 min WU, then 6x5 min intervals with 2 min easy in between. First 2 at 9:05 and 4%, next 2 at 9:30 and 6%, last 2 at 10:00 and 8%. First 2 were fine but the others felt pretty hard. Had to walk the last 2 recovery intervals. 15 min CD.
