Hill cruise intervals on TM. 15 min easy, then 6x2:30 at 9:40 and 6%. 1 min easy in between. I had to walk the easy parts - my legs are still a little sore and pretty tired. 15 min CD and 5 min walking.

This was pathetic, but at least I got out and did something. Tried to do a few "strides" too. Uphill was better than downhill. Did a lot of walking on campus today (more than an hour) so hopefully my legs will feel looser tomorrow.
