Easy run in Pinedale. Great run down a rolling road that went from town towards the Wind Rivers. Beautiful views of Fremont peak. The cottonwood are turning gold here. No GPS so mileage is an estimate.

Long run with Holly on Ben Tyler trail, with 6x2 min hard uphill intervals in the middle. We had drama with Sephara - she got off leash and went for a 10 minute run by herself all over the mountain! Thank god she came back. Forgot to turn my GPS back on after that scare so mileage is an estimate.
