Was supposed to do 2.5 hour road run today, but this morning Ralph said he wanted to do a long run so I decided to switch next week's 3 hour trail run with the road run. We went to Pine Valley ranch and the snow was a lot worse than last week...it had blown all over the tracks on the trail and was crusty and punchy. So we walked quite a bit. Will do the road run next week...I'm almost looking forward to doing it to get a solid run in.

Hill progression run on TM. 5 min easy, then increased by 1% every 2 min until I got to 6%. Back to flat for 2 min, increased to 9:05, repeat. Back to flat, increased to 8:49, repeat, but I only got to 4%. Easy until an hour was up.
