Long run in Buffalo Creek. Because of all the snow, we just ran on dirt roads. Ralph did about the first hour with me then turned back because he felt the start of a groin pull - he walked most of the way back to the car. About halfway through, it started snowing pretty hard. Saw a flock of about 20 turkeys, which made the dogs happy.

Hill cruise intervals, did these outside on Evergreen Mountain. 15 min WU, then 6x5 min hard uphill intervals with 2 min easy in between. Then ran home easy. I used my GPS track to check the grade on Evergreen mountain and it ranges from 4-9%.
