Hill workout on TM. 15 min WU and strides, then 8x1:30 at 4% and 8:05 with 2 min very easy in between. About 15 min CD and a couple minutes walking.

Beaver Creek area near Fairplay again, this time with Holly. We tried out some of the side trails, which probably wasn't a good idea with the dogs since they were very narrow and windy. Not sure how Ralph made it out of there alive skiing with 3 dogs. Sephara found a mountain lion kill cached in a tree and lots of dead rabbit parts!

Easy run. I was going to do the hill workout today but my left hamstring is pretty tight and sore, so I decided not to push it today. Going to use the foam roller and stretch it out a little. The weird thing is that Nanuuk (aka laziest beast alive) wanted to go for a run so I took him, and he ran the whole way! I guess it just has to be 15 degrees for him to want to run.

Echo mountain with Holly. It's been so long since I've skied so I felt rusty but it was fun and the snow was good. It was freezing though - 6 degrees and snowing, so we kept it short. That's the beauty of having a ski area 30 minutes away!
