Easy run with Ralph out on the trails...so warm we were in shorts and short-sleeves! I'll have a lot of TM workouts to do in Iceland but it was worth it to be out on such a nice morning and get to take the dogs out before we leave. Ankle feels better, still a little sore in the morning but it loosened up pretty well.

Did something weird to my ankle yesterday. I was sitting at my desk and stretched and felt this sharp pain in the ankle. It was stiff and really hurt this morning, like I sprained it, so I'm going to take another day off.
