15 min WU, then 26 min of min on, min off. 15 min CD. TM was in km, so mileage is approximate. Think I got the paces about right. Felt so good to run at sea level

Easy run with Ralph out on the trails...so warm we were in shorts and short-sleeves! I'll have a lot of TM workouts to do in Iceland but it was worth it to be out on such a nice morning and get to take the dogs out before we leave. Ankle feels better, still a little sore in the morning but it loosened up pretty well.
