Running1:05:00 [4] 7.5 mi (8:40 / mi) shoes: Saucony Guide white and blue
WU then 4x1 min 15 sec faster than last week's tempo, 7:35. 1 min easy in between. Normal CD. Felt good at sea level. Did this on the hotel TM and accidentally shut it off part way, so I'm not positive about the mileage.
Had the minute on/minute off workout planned for today, but I'm postponing until tomorrow because my stomach is really off. I also got a bad sunburn on my shoulders during the hike Saturday (stupidly forgot sunscreen), and it started burning/itching unbearably this afternoon...I'm kind of a mess today!
