Progression run on TM. Sped up 1 click every minute and rapidly realized this would be too fast, went to every 2 min. Got to 7:53 in 30 minutes. 5 min easy then 8x1 min at 7:42 with 2 min easy in between. TM shut down part way through so I'm not sure about mileage

Hiking 30:00 [3] 1.5 mi (20:00 / mi)

Backcountry ski touring/skijoring 1:45:00 [3]

Since we finally got some snow, I was going to do a ski on Mt. Evans road instead of a run. We took the faster dogs so it would be more of a "run" effort. But once we got above treeline, most of the snow had blown off the road, so we turned around a little early. Beautiful day.

Running 1:15:00 [2] 7.1 mi (10:34 / mi) +675ft 9:41 / mi

Finished up the run when I got home
