Orienteering race 24:00 [3]

Nice map and route. Pushed hard. Made no big mistakes, found the underpass but did take things a little slower at the 2 controls up and down the balcony stairs though to make sure of things.

Unfortunately emit packed up (again) and no manual finish times :( Calculated to be close to be close 24mins, might be 10 less or more would never know for sure.... sigh....

Hiked on a nice and hilly Groenkloof trail with a 15kg backpack - need some training with a full pack for our Mont Blanc trip in two weeks.

Shoulders took a bit of strain due to the weight (being close to a third of my total body weight), also hip straps on min size is still not the right fit and thus couldnt carry the pack more on my hips as I would have liked to do)
