out goat peak road to hwy, then up to brown's farm and out wolf creek a bit, then back to hwy and up to mazama, then up spokane gulch with kaarin and the dogs. heart rate felt high when i got up. my monitor showed it being really high but it didn't seem as high as what it said. might need new batteries...
