cross ride with sam from my place, on community trail to brown's farm, then the hwy to goat creek rd, then the rest of the 10k course and back home. legs felt tired on the rollers on goat creek.

rode goat creek to hwy 20 while sam roller skied. nice and easy. got a lot of phlegm out.

connector trail to cedar creek, then up toward varden lake, then back, with william and nikki. nikki was super annoying. i actually kept up on food and electrolytes and felt really good! had a pb, honey and banana sandwich before that was really good. heart rate felt good.

flush out of leggies -10k course from home on cross bike. i love my bike. sun was setting...beautious.

ran from home to browns farm (well almost-sam picked us up right before) then met laura, chad and brian at lucky jim. went up lucky jim, then back down and did a 2 mile cool down. felt sooooo good! heart rate was really high, but i think that's still from the antibiotics/ being sick.

rode the community trail to browns farm, then the hwy into town. FUN FUN FUN!
