skate skiing on community trail to hwy by browns farm, then up to suspension bridge parking. really fast and fun!

up spokane gulch with nikki. snow kind of annoying. did some trail work. right plantar fascia a bit sore.

snowshoe trails at sun mountain with nikki. FUN!
patterson lake trail, up rader creek twice, then three or four repeats of magpie. during second time up rader creek i did 5 30x30s. felt good for most of it, and felt better as time went on. feeling pretty fit these days. wahoo!

up cougar bait in snow with nikki. had to stop a few times to let hr recover. didn't have enough water before run and food felt like a rock in my stomach.
