good conditions. Stopped a few times for phone and Lila and turned off Garmin a few of those times but not consistently. One time forgot to stop the Garmin and didn't realize until later. Last 2 miles were tiring. No injury. Quads hurt the next day. No accurate Garmin time because it didn't stop running at the end of run. Didn't realize this until next day.

Ran with Mary and Lila on Poudre trails mostly. Great conditions. Pee break/drink breaks/Lila break/phone breaks/Sammie and David had an argument/felt really good after the run
