I did a 1 mile warm up and then ran on the SFT for 10 miles then did a 1 mile warm down.
I was wearing my heartrate monitor and started off with the goal of keeping my hr around 165 for 85 mins. I ended up averaging 170 with an ave. pace was 8:30. I'm not sure if what to make of it. I'm encouraged that I was able to keep my hr that high for 85 mins without feeling completely worn out. My breathing was only labored on the uphill sectiosn. However, my legs and hips ached much more than they have in the past. I'm not sure why, maybe still a little beat up from the SR50 and Firecracker 50. My hamstrings were sore the next day. Need more stretching.
