Intervals on packed snow/ice...I street to just shy of Twins cut off via shoreline. 15 min warm up, then 6 intervals...3min on 1min off. 11 min cool down. Need to do this once a week at least!

Red Butte to Mt Van Cott via south side loop. Kinda mushy/sloppy and slow.
