Helping out at the start was quite cold and was starting to get a cold, but had a good warm up going to the assembly and back again. As per all events so far set off at a pace I can maintain for half an hour - but not an hour.
Felt fairly confident in route choices though made a few blunders in the technical section in the middle, which turns out where quite costly. Pleased with long route choice and had a good flow.
Knee not too happy for the last 5 minutes.
