then ran biggest loop alone.

colder than yesterday, jumping felt tougher as well.
slippery on 1st half of last hill for accelerations.
muddy in some places.

SPRING IS HERE

felt sore at beginning because i didnt run yesterday but was very fast to park: 7:25

14:01 at half-way

jumped very well. 29 frogs to yellow on first set

the rest was a little tougher, but good grip because no ice

last hill was icy, and i was breathing hard so had to do 3

overall time: 28:40 (i think, im not sure)

home, very fast again: 6:45
