40 Minutes of strength training with the weights at the gym.

Moved up to a full set of 10 reps of 140kg Leg Press ^.^

20 Minute fast paced walk on the treadmill (2.2Km covered)

10 Minute insane-o sprinting on the treadmill (varying speeds, and running at 20Km/H for a short while) another 2Km distance covered during this 10 minutes.
