10 Minute fast paced walk warmup on treadmills at gym (1 Km distance covered)

60 Minutes of strength training.

Moved up to a full set of 20 reps of 130 Kg on the Leg Press :D

30 Minutes of upper body strength building. Focusing mainly on chest, lats and tris.

Got back into my strength training by doing some upper body work with free weights.

I have been a bit slack with this lately and am going to push myself to do strength training more frequently.
