10 Minute warm up run on treadmill (2km)

40 Minutes upper body strength training.

20 MInutes warm down fast paced walk on the treadmill. (2.2km)

40 Minutes of strength training with the weights at the gym.

Moved up to a full set of 10 reps of 140kg Leg Press ^.^

20 Minute fast paced walk on the treadmill (2.2Km covered)

10 Minute insane-o sprinting on the treadmill (varying speeds, and running at 20Km/H for a short while) another 2Km distance covered during this 10 minutes.

Running long 1:20:00 [3]

Run up Mt. Majura ridiculously early in the morning. Not as motivated at start but turned out to be a really good run.

Had a good breakfast in Dickson afterwards
