3 sets of 3 large fellows laps with half a lap float in between. Best part of 4 minutes rest between sets, so pushed pretty hard - tough and slippery in patches, but felt like I got a decent effort out of it.
Calves pulled up pretty rough from the hard surface, but understandable

2 sets of a 1,2,3,4' ladder, plus a bonus minute at the end with Bilby Tri.
Mostly fine, if not very quick - seems bizarre that we zig zag, up and down a soccer field, but perhaps more accelerations that way.
