Running warm up/down 25:00 [3] 4.86 km (5:09 / km) +60m 4:51 / km
shoes: Asics DS Trainer 21

10 up, 5 between the tempos, another 10 down

Running tempo 37:52 [4] 8.67 km (4:22 / km) +160m 4:00 / km
shoes: Asics DS Trainer 21

23' tempo from one end of red hill to the other along the ridge, and a faster 15' along the frontside, which was pretty irritating as there was some pretty slippery mud - kinda wish I'd had my x-talons on

Monna w/ Tri/Friends
Around fellows in the dark, pushed the pace early but dropped off a little in the middle, came home fairly well but the damage was done. Felt okay physically, calves pulled up a little tight after, but no real surprises there

Bilby Tri ints
10*1 lap, ~360m, averaging around 64", with best part of 2 min walking recovery. Really concentrating on pace, which despite the heavy track I felt pretty good about. Sloshed by the last
