15m EN W/U. 2x1m at z4/7:03 pace. Remainder of the time between 7:35-8m pace. On the treadmill at 2%. Would love to get outside but heading to Holy Cross for campus visit. This offseason plan is great. Get the work done and move on.
EN session. 15 EN W/U. 2x10 z4/230-240 watts. 2x15 z3/205watts. No doubt these sessions will make me stronger. Need to stay out of Wild wings after Gavin's hockey games with the team.

EN run. 7:30 out/7:15 back on treadmill at 2%. Work works. Mentally not feeling great at the beginning, but toughed it out. Running at this pace in November is going to help me big time come May.
