Core with dana. Holy crap it was a hard class. I think I was kind of worked from the day before.

Ran with the Buffalo on Antelope Island with Nancy and Jay. I felt really tight today for some reason. It was a perfect day and hardly any mud!

Mommy day at the gym. I didn't get a whole lot of climbing in but is was fun to hang out. I did some weights and core after.

Started up Rattlesnake to Grandeur saddle and back down. Opted not to go down rattlesnake and down the road. I felt like I was on a slip n' slide coming down grandeur. It was exciting.
