Did a home workout. Road my trainer for 10 then pull-ups, sit-ups, and stretched. Nothing too exciting today.

Ran up to the yurt with Adrienne and then did a grandeur summit solo. Wow! It was a spectacular day in a T-shirt. Yak Trak swere a must.

Ran around shoreline starting up terrace hills down into city creek and up on the other side. Then ran back on the road. I think my mileage was longer. I need a new gps thing that works. Maybe it is right.

Ran through the Aves doing sprints on the hills. Not sure the exact mileage. Felt pretty good.

Climbed at momentum for a couple of hours with the ladies. 5.11 felt like 5.12. That's okay. I still love it!

Ran from the house up to shoreline. Started out feeling great. When I hit the pavement to head home I felt like I was going to chunder the whole way. I felt like a snail. Hopefully it's not the flu bug!
