15 1 leg pushups
25 1 leg dead lift each side
30 crunches leg extensions
30 Prisoner squats and front kick
25 1 leg jump knee-up
30 1 leeg tricep dip
30 chest lift
25 over chair lifts

and leg strength using the band.
