Rode the 12k XC Series loop @ Blue Mountain twice. One loop at up-tempo pace @ 47 min. So far the record in the weekly series is 40:46, will have to try it full-gas one of these days, but it will be tough to shave 7 min.

Ran with pack over & around Lorree Forest w/ 3 hill climbs @ ~800ft. on Craigleith, Georgian Peaks & Camperdown Rd.

Toronto Outrigger Challenge. Got punished, no gas. DIdn't feel good off the start & it got worse at the 10k point where all energy was gone. Perhaps due to the giardia I picked up from the WT course test last week? I've been on antibiotics since last Monnday. We treated all our water, but I perhaps didn't let it sit long enough before drinking?

Congrats to frankenjack who managed 4th.

Burlington to Collingwood, via Belfountain, Shelburne & PRVPP. Head wind for 1st hour, no wind for a few hours, then tailwind for the rest, nice way to finish. Went up-tempo, out of the saddle for any hills. avg. 33kph
