Fairgrounds - Creemore - Rob Roy loop w/ Yip, Brock, Wall & Redstone. Good tempo up the climbs & across the top into Rob Roy.

Not really a trail-run, more like a crossfit workout as I ran an upper loop of Blue Mtn (x2), while pounding stakes with a sledgehammer every few hundred metres.
